• The cost for an individual session is typically $85.  Sessions last 45-60 minutes.  Sessions that continue for longer than 60 minutes will typically be charged an additional fee. 

  • Please contact your counselor directly regarding insurance options.  Counselors that do not bill insurance directly may choose to complete an insurance claim form which you may submit directly to your provider for reimbursement. It is recommend that you contact your insurance provider to confirm that they will cover mental health services outside of their provider network.  Please be aware that in order to be covered by medical insurance, your counselor is required to provide a DSM-IV diagnosis of your symptoms or issues that are the focus of treatment. This diagnosis could remain a part of your permanent medical record.  

  • The counselors at Synchronicity Counseling do not accept Medicare

  • Sliding scale fees:  Please speak directly to your counselor regarding this option.
